Honest answer: not currently.
Nauru has no 'residency / green-card by investment' product. Its only investment route is ECRCP citizenship. Ordinary permanent residence requires living locally for about two years on a work or business permit first — it is not obtained through investment.
If your priority is residency first, we usually suggest Vanuatu's all-in PR instead; if your goal is citizenship and a passport directly, Nauru's ECRCP is an efficient choice.
Direct citizenship, ~3–4 months.
